Swami Om gets beaten by public, former Bigg Boss 10 contestant runs away with wig in hand
Swami Om is well known for stirring up controversy everywhere he goes. Swami Om was the most controversial and least liked contestant of Bigg Boss Season 10. The self-proclaimed godman has once again made front page news when he was thrashed by a mob during an event in New Delhi. According to reports, Swami Om was invited as the chief guest of an event held on the occasion of Nathu Ram Godse’s birth anniversary. Naturally, since he was the chief guest he was asked to come up on the stage and say a few words. When he proceeded to the stage to make a quick speech the crowd got agitated and started beating him up. Swami Om had to run away with his wig in his hands.
Apparently the crowd was miffed over the fact that a fake godman was called for the occasion and took it as an insult to Nathu Ram Godse’s name. Besides this there were reports that Swami Om had made obscene gestures at the event. The self proclaimed godman was beaten black-and-blue with his wig also ripped off. Swami Om ran with his wig in his hand while the public were after him. His car was also reportedly hit and the windows were smashed. This is not the first time that he has been at the receiving end. He was slammed during a live show in the News Nation studio when he got into a controversial debate with his fellow guests and the audience.
Swami Om managed to get away from the angry crowds to his car but the mob had damaged his car too. No FIR has been lodged as of now. Swami Om was ousted from the Bigg Boss 10 house after he spilled his urine at Rohan Mehra and Bani J in the Bigg Boss House. Funnily enough it was an event glorifying Nathu Ram Godse who shot dead Mahatma Gandhi.
